Minimum Wholesale Order

Our minimum wholesale order is $250 ex GST (excluding shipping)

Freight Charges Within Australia

Our preferred freight carrier is TNT for domestic freight. We pass on our specially discounted TNT freight rates to our distributors with each order. Should you wish to arrange collection using your own carrier, please contact us.

Returns

Should you have one or more faulty items to return to us, or you would like to exchange unopened stock for other items, or return goods to us for any reason, please contact us to discuss the matter.

Payment Of Invoices

All orders are to be paid Proforma via Direct Bank Transfer, Paypal or Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard only) unless otherwise agreed. Credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge and a signed request for each credit card transaction will need to be provided in writing via email to info@groovygadgets.com.au or fax to 02 8078 6007 to enable processing.

Agents agree to not list or sell any of the following products on public websites including (but not limited to) www.ebay.com.au and www.gumtree.com.au without express written permission from Strategies Unleashed Pty Ltd T/AS Groovy Gadgets T/AS Liquid Sound.

Agents agree that if they list any of the following products on private business website(s) that they will not list or sell them for less than the suggested retail price without express written permission from Strategies Unleashed Pty Ltd T/AS Groovy Gadgets T/AS Liquid Sound.
